Service Description
SUP fitness classes will help improve your balance and core stability whilst giving you a great workout.
Classes will be taken by Claire who is a qualified ASI paddle instructor, Pilates Comprehensive instructor and a level 3 personal trainer.
These classes are designed to work every muscle group in your body.
