These sessions are designed for those with little or no Paddle Board experience.
The sessions are taken by Claire who is a fully qualified and experiences ASI paddle board instructor.
During the sessions we will work on water safety, self rescue... getting back on the board, stability and confidence building as well as a lot of fun.
